Quail Hollow on the River is a community of over 100 families living on the western side of DeLand Florida on the shores of the St. Johns River. Quail Hollow is a quiet and respectful community of young, middle aged and seniors who all enjoy the quiet and peaceful area to raise their children, walk their pets and just relax. Life is quiet and the community has wonderful enhancements that keep everyone active. A community pool, club house, play field, fishing dock and member only boat ramp are great examples of the benefits to living at Quail Hollow on the River. Seeing the Eagles, Ospry, Woodstorks and Sandhill Cranes flying over are also nice perks to living here. 
OUR FACILITES

 

Quail Hollow on the River in DeLand Florida is proud to offer many simple amenities that make residents feel like they live in the best community in town. Right next to the boat ramp is the community swimming pool, clubhouse and park field. The area is used by all the residents to escape the hot Florida sun and to entertain visitors and hold functions. The kids of the community can play any field sport they desire and basketball too, after a game of flag football or volleyball a cool dip in the pool is a welcome rest.
THE DOCK 

 

The fishing dock is also a favorite area to relax and just dip a worm into the water and the fun begins, Bass, sunfish and other species live under the docks shade and are always looking for a tasty snack.

BOAT RAMP
 

The boat ramp is used daily by families wanting to get out to water ski, wake board, kayak, canoe or test their luck with the areas abundant fishing holes. The water way is the St. Johns River and it ​is a magnificent waterway to explore and enjoy!

PICNIC AREA & FIELD
 

Three picnic tables and two swings to set the mood and relax in as the river flows by you. Adjacent to the riverfront picnic area is a huge grass common area that is great for all types of activites and energy levels.
