
Architectural Review Board Information
The Architectural Review Board (ARB) is responsible for the review and approval of all construction plans as outlined in the protective covenants. The purpose of a review is to maintain the natural beauty and architectural appearance of Quail Hollow on the River.

A completed request for the Quail Hollow Architectural Review Board is required for the following:

All new construction, including houses, garages, pools, gazebos, decks, unattached structures, etc.

All exterior remodeling, including additions of or changes thereto
- Houses
- Garages
- Pools
- Gazebos, porches, patios or decks
- Fencing, both new and changed (cannot obstruct views)
- Any and all attached and unattached structures

Repainting or reroofing (IF the color is to be changed from the original)

Removal of mature native vegetation
